If you have a item you wish Leonard to sign,the only way we recommend you can get this done,is by actually attending a event where he is doing a autograph session,and where the event organizers do not object to fans items being presented for signature,so check before you attend that it would be ok to bring personal items for signing.
It is not a good idea to send items by mail to any address for signing in case it is lost or damaged.
There are many 'signed' photographs on sale through various outlets.Many are fake,so be aware,unless Leonard actually signs in front of you there is no sure way of knowing it's genuine. Autopens,preprints,secretarial,stamps,and forgeries are common in all fandoms.
Only buy from a dealer who belongs to a recognized professional assoc'.
Do not trust a Certificate of Authenticity if the seller is dealing with fakes,they wont mind printing up a few COA's to go along with them.
If requesting a picture,or writing a fan letter to any star,remember to enclose a envelope with your full address,including your country.
A common mistake often made by fans,is sending a stamped addressed envelope for a reply when they actually don't live in the same country as the star they are writing to...ie,if you live in Europe and are requesting a picture from a star in USA,it isn't any use sending a self-addressed envelope with ,say,EU postage stamps for your reply,as the United States Postal service want American stamps,not EU..
The way around this problem of international post replies,is to purchase a International Reply Coupon from any main post office.
A IRC will cover minimum return post from any country to any country.It has to be franked by the PO when it is issued,or it may not be accepted when it is being cashed to pay the return postage to you,so check that it is franked when you buy it. (MORE INFO' BELOW)
Once you have a irc, (or a stamped addressed envelope ,if you reside in the same country as the star you are writing to), add a short note explaining exactly what you are asking for,or in the case of a fan letter-do keep it short.That will increase the chance of a reply.Noone likes long,rambling letters that don't get to the point.
We hope this advice helps you,but please remember that most stars do not handle their fan mail at all,agency staff do it for them.

A IRC is used when you send mail to a country other than your own,and you want to pay for return postage.
A IRC is redeemable in any country in the world that participates in the Universal Postage Union.
IRC are available from main post offices.
They are exchangeable for one or more postage stamps to the value of minimum postage for a 20gm letter.
To buy a IRC costs slightly more than the return postage.
There are 3 spaces/boxes at the bottom of the coupon.
The first space is where your post office date stamps to validate it..if they forget(which often happens,especially it seems in Germany)the coupon can be refused at the point of cashing..so it is important to make sure when you purchase a IRC that the post office stamp it.
The second space gives the local cost of the coupon.
The third space is for the recipients post office to stamp as it is cashed .
Travellers entering the country and bringing in items for their own personal use are allowed £145 worth into the UK.
There are more restricted allowances for alcohol,tobacco perfume or toilet waters.
